Transformation of the social foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation in modern conditions

The article examines the issues of the concept of the foundations of the constitutional system, the transformation and development of the social foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation, highlights the main changes in state policy in the socio-economic sphere in the context of the constitutional reform of 2020, the coronavirus pandemic and the conduct of a Special military operation. The conclusion is made about the importance of following the principle of the welfare state in maintaining political stability and strengthening state sovereignty.
