Transformation of social practices of population self-organization into institutions of the control of public services quality

The article is devoted to practices of self-organization of people, who joined their efforts to solve some local problems. The self-organization is considered as a form of civil activity, influencing the quality of public services administration in local communities. On the basis of empiric research the authors conceptualize the potential of the Theory of Practices to analyze the experience and factors of self-organization, to model transformation of self-organization into institutions of the control of public services quality. The article is written as a part of the research project, supported by the Grant Council of the President of the Russian Federation (Project № МК-8357.2010.6).
