The article discusses the issues of achieving energy efficiency in residential low-rise housing construction within the framework of the use of energy-saving technologies. The increase in energy demand, while increasing the complexity and cost of energy production, as well as the aggravation of global environmental problems have made energy conservation and energy efficiency the most important areas of development of the construction industry.
