Transformation of the territorial structure of economy of Jewish autonomous region in the post-reform period

The paper considers the territorial structure of the economy of Jewish Autonomous Region and its transformation for the period of early 1990s - 2016. The authors show that an alteration in the branch specialization of the regional economy took place in the post-reform period. Changes in social and economic factors led to transformation of some elements of the regional production system. The industrial centers were formed in the regional territorial structure; they could potentially be transformed into industrial hubs.
