Transformation of the elegy genre in poetry of the late twentieth century

The article is devoted to the problem of genre in modem lyrical poetry analyzed on the material of the Elegy. Genre is considered to be a certain type of constructing and completing a whole, as well as something containing information about the way to understand the whole. We are not talking about the canonical genre, but about the genre transformation of elegies in the second half of the XX - early XXI centuries. A major role in the transformation is played by the genre title and other genre markers.
