The authors analyze the development of Russian law enforcement practice under the influence of external sanction restrictions, in particular, such mechanisms for the implementation of the constitutional rights of citizens and organizations to access justice and protection of civil rights, such as the bankruptcy of a foreign legal entity in Russia, the use of astrent to the request for evidence and the introduction of the design of an imaginary owner in relation to foreign companies. It is noted that in the latest judicial practice, the law enforcer has finally overcome the legal personality of a legal entity through the implementation of the principle of «priority of substance over form».
