Cross-border carbon regulation: prospects and risks for Russia

The article discusses the consequences of the introduction of a cross-border carbon tax for the economy of the Russian Federation. Taking into account the negative analyzed negative consequences, a number of measures are proposed that will contribute to the adaptation of the Russian economy and the domestic climate agenda in the face of the need for structural restructuring of the Russian economy in favor of low-carbon manufacturing industries.
