Бесплатный доступ

In the paper, the author considers the missed opportunities for opening cross-border crossings between the regions of Primorye and the Amur region with the northeast of China to overcome financial, economic and sanctions crises. Since the mid 90s in the 20th century, negotiations were underway to build a cross-border infrastructure to expand trade between the two countries, but not a single project was implemented.
