Transboundary river basins of Asian Russia: ecological and geographical specificity of institutional cooperation

In article a brief analysis of ecological and geographical specificity of transboundary river basins of Asian part of Russia is made. Special attention is paid to the assessment of modern ecological and hydrological situation of researched transboundary territories. The necessity of equal ways to institutional cooperation is marked.
