The cross-border territories in the of regional economic policy: estimate and development

Cross-border territories are not only a geographical space represented by the state border, but also a part of the subject of the Russian Federation, which has an industry specialization and represents the level of socio-economic development of the region. An assessment of the state of the transport infrastructure was carried out; opportunities for the development of international trade; resource potential of cross-border municipal districts in terms of sectoral diversification and formation of transport and logistics complexes; development of tourist and recreational activities.
