Sedimentation conditions of the marine basine transgressing in the beginning of the Late Devonian period toward the southern part of the Ochparma Uplift have been described. The complexes of celenterates and brachiopods which inhabited in the Frasnian marine basin changing from a shallow water to more marine and then to sublagoonal conditions, are represented. The determined Frasnian three levels of changes in the complexes composition complexes are close to the stratigraphical boundaries of horizons and suprahorizons of the Timan-Pechora subregional stratigraphic scale.
