Transgressive processes in the Russian higher education

The article takes and proves the authors viewpoint on the phenomena and processes, ensuring in the Russian higher education. It is noted that the breakaway from the culturological orientation of education is appeared in the evolution of the higher education systems. The article authors are called these phenomena as the transgression of culturological approach and it is developed extremely rapidly, because of the Russian state system of management by social and economic sphere is characterized by the so-called direct management. Etatism is the ubiquitous presence and influence of the state, it is a typical feature of Russia. The result of transgression of culturological approach in the higher education - the innovative integrated culture of a specialist (or intended specialist), which is an advanced because of its creative element, according the article authors opinion. The article contains the authors interpretations of definitions of the following concepts: transgression, culturological approach, etatism, innovative integrated culture.
