Transaction costs in the system of the labor theory of use value

In article considers the transaction costs in the system of consuming and costing concept. In the social sphere of production, consumption and distribution of public goods is done by a special mechanism, which is not a market, so there are questions about the sources of labor, producing public goods and the cost of it. In the context of a specific balance of social costs and outcomes should be used the labor theory of value and of social substantiate the effectiveness of social transaction costs. Transaction costs as the costs of any economic system arise in the social sphere. The topical issues become the problems of efficient allocation of property rights for public goods in order to reduce transaction costs.
