Transcultural clinical aspects of female alcoholism in ethnic populations of South Ural

The comparative investigation of the main clinical symptoms of the female alcoholism was performed in 140 patients (Slavonic and Turkic ethnical groups) of Chelyabinsk' narcological hospital. That there are quicker rates of the forming of the alcoholic abstinence' clinical symptoms in Turkic group's women, then in Slavonic group; more frequency and earlier appearance of the alcoholism's psychotic complications in combination with lesser alcohol tolerance and lesser prolonged drinking periods. The results can help define more precisely the main directions of preventive and therapeutic measures in the dependence of ethnical belonging.
