Translation of western innovation in the industry of the Middle Volga in the first half of the XIX century (on the example of foreign experts)

The paper attempts to examine the conditions, mechanisms, and also shows the effectiveness of the introduction of Western innovation in Russian industry in the lane-ing half of the XIX century in the context of foreign experts on the example of the Middle Volga.
