Transparency and targeting of performance indicators of agricultural organizations of the Russian agro-industrial complex

The article reveals the essence of transparency of commercial agricultural organizations of the agroindustrial complex of Russia in modern conditions; its importance for state and municipal authorities and management, for economic entities is shown; special attention is paid to its external and internal tracks. An important place in its study is occupied by the component reflecting the targeting of its indicators – “anchor” / basic / peripheral / derivatives. The narrative of the subject of the article examines the functional role of uncertainty in the activities of economic actors of the agro-industrial complex for public, local institutions of power and management, for cooperating counterparties, associated with the phenomenon of information asymmetry. The content of the article also reflects the requirements for transparency of commercial organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the country in modern conditions; The rules of its formation and movement are presented from the position of its legality, ensuring the safety of state and commercial secrets in the context of globalization with the active large-scale use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Based on positive and normative methodologies, its public, state assessment in the content of “costs – benefits” is proposed.
