Transparency of Russian parliamentarism in the context of popular representation

This article examines parliamentarism in Russia through the prism of transparency. The state of parliamentary activity is determined from the position of popular representation on the basis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, constitutional legislature, constitutional-legal and political studies doctrine. The purpose of the study is to determine an appropriate model of representation of interests for the Russian system of society in the course of ongoing constitutional reforms. This goal is achieved through the analysis of scientific literature, normative regulations and judicial practice, consideration of the methodology for analyzing the effectiveness of parliamentary activity, searching for prerequisites for open and transparent functioning of the model of popular representation in the Russian legal system, formulating a transparent model of the representative system of the society, assessing the feasibility of regulating lobbying and proposals for improving its constitutional and legal regulation.
