The article discusses issues of transport and technological service system and the impact of its components on the environment in mountain regions. The influence of all factors on each cycle of the technological system is revealed and the most significant is determined. Schemes of the transport cycle have been developed, indicating the most significant for the ecological situation of the city. The proposed scheme for the formation of environmental requirements for industrial products in the mountain region. Input and output energy flows for transport and technological objects can be represented as processes of energy and matter exchange between them and the environment during the realization of their life cycles and be expressed by the corresponding indicators. The values of these indicators primarily depend on the values of the measuring instruments of group operational properties of factors of objects of transport equipment. In order to draw attention to the problem (the growth of environmental pollution or the depletion of resources in the mountainous region), it is necessary to raise funds for its solution. The main solution to environmental problems is to improve the transport and technological service system in a market economy.
