The development of theoretical and methodological methods and methods of personnel management in a medical organization is due to the demand for methodological solutions to improve the staffing of medical organizations. Staffing at this stage of the development of the labor relations system is due to both the specifics of the economic condition of the organization and the characteristics of the product or service. A medical service differs from the entire existing service sector by significance not only for an individual patient. The level of public health determines the level of well-being of the nation. This makes the prosperity of the nation dependent on the qualifications of medical personnel. Qualification requirements for medical workers cannot be limited to having a diploma of graduation. The personnel policy of a medical organization should provide guarantees that a medical professional possesses not only professional competencies, but also personal qualities necessary for working in conditions of stress, increased emotional field, and difficulty in communicating with a sick person. A special requirement for the process of providing medical services is put forward by the concept of patient-orientation. Tools are needed to improve the system of labor relations, which will allow combining work under stress and patient-oriented behavior of a physician.
