Requirements for the development of a complex of regulatory documentation on the management of energy costs of industrial production in the conditions of the functioning market of electric energy and power in Russia

The article indicates the sources of possible energy risks and ways to eliminate them. The necessary elements for building a system for managing energy costs have been proposed and described. Recommendations for the most rational use of energy management tools are proposed. The conclusions about the requirements and the need to develop and implement energy policy in the enterprise are given.
