Requirements to participants for purchasing goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs

The article considers the requirements for participants in the procurement of goods, works and services, established by domestic legislation and European Union legislation. The introduction of new, additional requirements to suppliers (executors, contractors) is proposed.
