Requirements qualifications family mediator (analysis of foreign practices)

In this article, the questions concerning the qualification of a mediator in conflicts arising from family relations are considered. This issue is topical even after the approval of professional standards for mediators. The analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of training mediators in this category of cases on the example of international experience is also presented. The list of requirements for mediators has been unified for possible integration into the standard for the Russian Federation.
