Requirements for mediators in Russia and abroad

The article deals with the legal basis of the mediation procedure in Russia and abroad. An analysis of the requirements for mediators is presented to provide mediative services. The authors conclude that currently, in comparison with Germany, Great Britain and Austria in the Russian Federation, there are the most ordered and uniform requirements for mediators.
