The requirements of professional standards as the basis of the organizational and staff structure of the company

Research in the field of application of criteria of professional standards in the processes of building the organizational and staff structure of an enterprise for the transportation of oil and petroleum products, as well as the organization of work control in accordance with the classification of employees and their labor functions. This article presents a typical structure of the organizational and staff structure of the company’s management for the transportation of oil and petroleum products with the main tasks and labor functions of managers and a comparative analysis of the criteria of professional standards, in accordance with the positions and specifics of the enterprise. The method of the applied analysis is to compare the requirements of the national standards of the Russian Federation - professional standards with the actual activities of the enterprise and the criteria for its functioning and management. In the course of the study, the ontograph “Professional Standard” was constructed, a conclusion was made about the applicability of the criteria of professional standards in the processes of building the organizational and staff structure of the enterprise and organizing the control of specialists in accordance with their qualifications and labor functions.
