Training in terms of facilitation of educators’ social interaction

Within the author's concept of facilitation of social interaction we propose to conduct communication skills training in the system of additional professional education. The purpose of communication skills training is learning to interpret communicative situation on the basis of understanding its parameters. Psychological conditions of social interaction facilitation and of readiness for successful communication consist, in our opinion, of 10 indicators. We use these indicators in our questionnaire “Self-assessment of Readiness for Organizational Communication”. After considering the results of this questionnaire we conduct various communication skills trainings aimed to improve: the ability to work in team; the communicative plasticity, tolerance, forecasting (anticipation); the appropriate use of nonverbal communication, activity; the efficiency of public speeches, conferences, negotiations, virtual communication; the ability to conduct interviews and self-presentations.
