Patients having diabetes mellitus of the 2-nd type combined with arterial hypertension revealed increased collagen- and thrombin-induced aggregation activity of isolated thrombocytes. Positive correlations between the parameters of thrombocyte aggregation and carbohydrate metabolism indices were established as well.
