The object of the investigation of this work were different tropes and stylistic figures used in the speech of the heroes D. Rubina's stories. The subject of the research is the purpose of the tropes and stylistic devices in the speech of the characters' stories. The aim of the study was to give them the functional characteristic. The method of stylistic analysis was used. The role of tropes and stylistic figures was defined in the speech of the characters in D. Rubina's stories.
