Labor and its social aspects in the context of scientific knowledge

Social aspects of labor activity in a context of scientific researches are considered, the short analysis of researches of the western and domestic scientists devoted to a problem of work, its stimulation and motivation, satisfaction with work is provided. Author discusses results of sociological researches of social aspects of labor in Soviet period and distinguish three stages of these researches
