Presents the experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment of 18 patients with ectopic ACTH syndrome. Abnormal formation located in the lungs and mediastinum. In 16 patients the diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination of the removed tumor. Demonstrated the possibility of the atypical lung resection for ectopic ACTH tumors. Presented clinical observations.
