This problem is considered by the author in the light of the Orthodox teaching about the soul. Analyzing the main questions of this topic, the author presents various opinions and definitions of the concept of human consciousness in the scientific and practical field, during which he notes complete inconsistency and lack of specificity regarding the nature of subjective psychological reality.
