Labor problems and innovative ways of their dynamic solutions in the AIC

The article provides general information on occupational injuries and diseases in the countries of the world and in Russia, as well as a comparison of specific parameters of injury rates in different countries with similar ones in our country. Research materials show that the problems of labor protection in the country's economy are being solved less effectively than in a number of EU countries. This is especially true for the agro-industrial complex, which, according to a number of indicators of injuries, has been in third place among the worst for a century. And this is despite the fact that the country has a sufficiently effective regulatory framework for the prevention of occupational injuries and diseases, intensive and effective (albeit less than required) research is being conducted on the problem, occupational science has proposed a number of innovative solutions that can radically change the situation in the better side. For a number of preventive areas, labor protection specialists have proposed measures based on taking into account pretraumatic situations that affect the risk of injury or illness. Conceptually, these proposals boil down to preventive measures to prevent injuries and illnesses at work. In addition, a complex of preventive measures, innovative methods and means of their implementation has been formed, contributing to the dynamic reduction and elimination of industrial injuries, in particular, in the agro-industrial complex, despite its specificity and versatility. These solutions were tested in two large agricultural enterprises, which allowed them to work for the last 10 years without injuries and accidents. The article presents the ways to achieve the indicated results for not only experimental, but also widespread implementation in the industry. It was noted that the immunity of economic structures, developers and designers of agricultural technologies, methods and means of their implementation, to the innovative achievements of labor protection science, the use of which would make it possible in the next 4-5 years to provide mainly zero indicators for industrial injuries and diseases in the agro-industrial complex, is alarming.
