Employment of pensioners and persons of pre-pension age in the conditions of the modern economic situation

Resume: The article analyzes the employment of pensioners and persons of pre-retirement age in the context of the changing economic situation in Russia. Taking into account the change in the boundaries of the working age of the population and the already available statistics in the field of employment of pensioners, it is assumed that changes in socio-economic policy or alternative forms of employment for workers in the older age group are needed.
