In the modern management of the Russian Federation, the issue concerning the motivation of personnel has today a very great urgency. Together with the subsystems of marketing, financial management, and also on an equal basis with the production process, the management of personnel in each enterprise is currently aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's goals, when the minimum amount of resources requires the achievement of maximum results. Each manager, who strives to achieve high productivity of labor activity through effective work of his own employees, must ensure that they have incentives for productive work, and therefore the main task in modern management is the formation of such working conditions, in which the human potential will be used as efficiently as possible. It should be noted that the leaders have always understood that it is necessary to encourage people to work for the organization, but most of them believed that this would be enough and simple (even minimal) material compensation...
