Labour motivation of economists as an object of social management

The article discusses theoretical issues associated with the features of social management of economists’ labour motivation. The author considers the results of the theoretical and methodological research: a conceptual model of management; assessment of the influence of external social factors on the formation and dynamics of economists’ work motivation.
