Work motivation: the role as determinants of work behavior of the organization and systematization of the evolution of basic concepts

The article presents the analysis of approaches to the definition of "motivation", the functions of motives of labour activity and distinguishing differences between the concepts "motivation" and "stimulation", as well this article considers the evolution of concepts of motivation.
