Employment contract and its features

The Labor Code stipulates that an employment contract is an agreement between the employer and the employee, according to which the employer undertakes to provide work under certain conditions, and the employee conscientiously perform this work. In the article possible variants of labor contracts are considered, and also their features are considered.
