Labor potential as a structural element of the socio-economic potential of the region: factors and mechanisms of growth

Increasing the labor potential of the region (as an element of socio-economic potential) and the inclusion of mechanisms for the effectiveness of its implementation in the regional economy, is a condition for the dynamics of all socio-economic development, which determines the possibilities of a particular region in improving the quality of life of the population. The subject of the study was the labor potential of the territory as a structural element of the socio-economic potential, and, accordingly, the relationship of their strengthening. A two-factorial approach to increasing labor potential is presented. A number of socio-economic and organizational factors of the effectiveness of its implementation in the regional economy are considered. The necessity of using compensatory methods and mechanisms for stimulating the efficiency of labor activity is substantiated. The most relevant measures and mechanisms of non-material stimulation of labor efficiency and improvement of the quality of working life are presented.
