This article describes the labor potential of the Krasnodar Territory, analyzes the dynamics of the economically active population, the level of unemployment in the period from 2017 to 2022, evaluates the structure of the employed population of the Krasnodar Territory by type of economic activity. It also describes the negative impact of global trends, including the COVID-19 pandemic, on the economy of the region and the country as a whole.
