Labor relations in private international law: key features and legal regulation

The author of the article examines the main characteristic features of labor relations in private international law. Recognizing them as labor relations complicated by a foreign element, the author highlights their key distinguishing features - subordination of subjects participating in different national jurisdictions and cross-border labor as the object around which these relations are built. The article describes a multilevel system of acts of private international law regulating labor relations complicated by a foreign element.
