Labor resources of agriculture and their role in increasing production efficiency

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the study of labor resources in agriculture and their role in improving production efficiency. The object of research is the subjects of agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the results of the study, in a theoretical aspect, based on a generalization of the existing points of view of predecessors on this problem, the concepts and specific features of labor resources in agriculture are clarified and their role in increasing production efficiency is substantiated.
