Human resources in the competitive relations of regions

The authors examine the issues of regional competitiveness. The competitiveness of the region is described by the three approaches - positive, negative, neutral. The positive dynamics of reduction in unemployment, an increase in employment registered in the Republic of Buryatia from 2000 to 2014. This trend is limited in its development, as increased demand for labor. The authors propose an integrated approach to meet the demand for labor, taking into account current and future needs.
