Labor resources: different approaches to defining the definition

The presented article provides a brief overview of the scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists in terms of the definition of the concept of "labor resource". Various interpretations of the concept of "labor resources" are considered, such as "labor potential", "labor force", "human capital", "personnel", "human resources". The general and distinctive features of the concept of "labor resources" are revealed. The author's concept of labor resources is proposed.
