Бесплатный доступ

The migration of Meskhetian Turks to the territory of the North Caucasus caused certain social problems with their employment, social services, etc. Sharp contradictions between migrants and local population generated new social problems. Nevertheless, these contradictions didnt hinder the increase of the number of Meskhetian Turks registered in the North Caucasian republics. Immigration to the third countries (the USA in particular) was carried out in compliance with the Russian laws, on the basis of the international treaties, and exclusively on a voluntary basis.
