In the article, the author points out the need to return to the consideration of the essence of the natural law idea and its significance for jurisprudence, and proves that one should not, in any case, repeat the mistakes of the natural law doctrine and introduce the old dualism into a single concept of law, dividing it into two heterogeneous phenomena: positive law and natural, rational law.
