Article is devoted to questions of students creative development in the conditions of estimation the education quality rating system. Scientifically justified the urgency of a studied problem and its importance. The structural model of estimation the education quality rating system which effective functioning in educational process of higher education institution promotes formation of creative person of future specialist is developed and described.
