Creative interaction of teachers and pupils in the educational environment of children's and youth sports school

In article theoretical questions of creative interaction of teachers and pupils in the educational environment of children''s and youth sports school are considered. Attempt of modernization and an innovation in educational space of children''s and youth sports schools, possibilities of disclosure and realization of creativity and positive sides of behavior of younger generation is analyzed. In work it is noted that pedagogical interaction between the teacher and pupils is considered as creative process of the organization of communication, cooperation and creativity, pedagogical support of younger generation in self-realization and self-organization.
