The work of I.A. Suzdalov-Sapalaay the storyteller - olonkhoteller of Abyiskiy district

The article considers the Yakut epic Olonkho, which is the Yakut nation’s treasure, a tradition, genealogy, generational bridge, cultural pattern and history. The spiritual potential of olonkho lies in the ideas of planetary unity and cohesion of the people of the world. The meaning of all the achievements of epic’s main characters is to unite the ethnos and achieve interethnic harmony, friendship and cooperation of peoples. Today, this is one of the most topical issues of world development in all parts of the world. The purpose of this study is to present the work of I.A. Suzdalov - Sapalai, the storyteller, olonkhoteller, Aiyy-oiyyn of Abyiskyi region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The object of study: olonkho and storytellers of Abyiskyi region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The tasks of the study: to compile a list of olonkhotellers of the Abyiskyi region; to reveal the life and creativity and analyze the extract of olonkho by I.A. Suzdalov.
