"Creating rhythms" of the history of building up the first higher educational institution of culture in Siberian Euroasia

The article presents the history of «creating rhythms» of the First higher educational institution of culture in the Siberian Eurasia and the Third one in Russia on the basis of the Cosmogonic approach. The future vectors of its transformation on the basis of the revealed Spiritual, esoteric, ancient knowledge of the Great «Nomadic civilization» and of the most Ancient science «Sacral geometry» have been defined.
