In expectation of amendments of Bankruptcy law

The author in her work points out essentiality of the process of harmonization of our bankruptcy law with real commercial requirements and European and world standards. They are necessary in the amendments of material bankruptcy law and bankruptcy proceeding's law as well. The author delivers some suggestions about possible amendments and in her opinion after the passage of proposed amendments we should expect better conditions for affairs of companies with better protection of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
