The murder of a newborn child by a mother during or immediately after childbirth: the problem of determining time

The paper considers some features of the murder of a newborn child by a mother during or immediately after childbirth. The author of the scientific work studies various approaches to determining the time criterion «during childbirth» and «immediately after childbirth». As a result of the analysis, a conclusion is formed that the period of murder «during childbirth» will be considered the period of childbirth until the end of physiological completion, that is, until the fetus exits through the natural birth canal, and the time period of killing a child «immediately after childbirth» is an interval not exceeding one hour after childbirth.
